The ASTRA Awards always start with a theme. Something visually engaging that sets the tone for all the marketing collateral and event graphics. In this particular year we used a combination of a kaleidoscope flower and moving ink. The ink was shot in a fish tank. It was actually milk in water which was then colourised. We also often use motion graphic techniques to create still imagery. And this was a perfect example of where the motion graphic impacted the still and printed material and not the other way around.
